nesting

This past weekend we went looking at houses. I wanted us to practice going and looking at homes and also to get a feel for what we both like and want in a space. We looked at the two places on Stafford St. in Germantown with Zeta and of course I fell in love with the first house we saw. The back kitchen entrance to the second floor was what I liked best along with the antique door hinges and the possible hot tub use in the back yard. I know you loved it too and I could picture us using one of the 6 bedrooms as our music space. We stepped next door to look at the charming Victorian single with possible rental unit. I think we got pretty lucky on this day to see two houses that were both possibilities at some point. Then we ventured out with Zeta to "the House" where we both fell in love with what we could see. I don't want to describe exactly what went down there as I am putting loving thoughts toward the possibility of having our own wilderness in the city. thanks for looking with me. i love you!

Lindsey's 4th

What better way to celebrate your fourth birthday than to roll around upside down in an inflatable plastic donut? If blowing out the candles seems hard wait till you try blowing up the inflatable toy. But once it was blown up the kids could not get enough upside down rolling action. I'm happy to have been able to share the day and show you just how much I love you.
